Wordpress site utilizing Woocommerce and the woocommerce lottery plugin.
We sell seats to livestreamed reviews. When a new review is posted utilizing the woocommerce lottery plugin it creates a new page on which a specified number of seats are listed and their respective cost. Users click on the seat(s) they which to purchase and complete the checkout process. This continues until all seats have been sold.
Once a review is posted the Woocommerce lottery plugin creates a table on the wordpress backend that is accessible via the admin dashboard. This table lists the following: “Username” // “Ticket Number” // “Order ID” // “Order Status” // “Ticket Purchase Date” // “Status” // “Action” . The “Action” Column gives the administrator the option to either delete the row or Select that user as the winner. || IMAGE #1 ||
The plugin allows CVS download of the table, which also includes “First Name” and “Last Name” || IMAGE #2 ||
At any given time several reviews may be active, each of which generates its own unique table within the plugin.
SCOPE OF PROJECT:
I would like the information from these tables to be published on a frontend page only accessible to administrators. This page will have a list of all active reviews in a sub-menu of some sort. Clicking on the review title within the sub-menu would pull and present the data from that particular table in the “First Name” “Last Name” “Seat #” and “Action” column. The action of “Select as winner” would need to function on this page.
Very flexible on how the page looks, Attached image #3 is just a rough draft of what I had in mind, but I understand that deviation from this is most likely necessary depending on programming methods.
