My wordpress website (a blog, build on twenty seventeen theme) is up and running. My aim is to create a Member's area, with the help of Buddypress and an Payment gateway plugin. Thats it in a few words! Up to now, i have downloaded Buddypress but cant manage to make it work properly. Ideally i would like to:
1) Assign a "Members" tab in the front page main menu. That tab, should have a dropdown menu of "Register" and "Login". Unregistered users will use the "register" and registered users will use the "login". People that want to register though, the "register" button should take them to the payment gateway (paypal will do) for payment.
After Register, users will be inside the site and have all the Buddypress options/pages available for "registered" users.
Basically, i would like a functionable Buddypress installation, with Payment Gateway for receiving occurring payments (monthly).
I can imagine the above can be...an hour work for someone with more knowledge than mine!!
