The assignment is full-time on-site and starts as soon as the right people are confirmed. Deliverables for this project: • Present a shortlist of at least five ready-to-start labourers who meet the basic fitness and reliability criteria. • Coordinate a brief on-site walk-through or video introduction so I can evaluate fit. • Finalise start dates once approvals are given. Once all five hires have clocked in on their first shift, the project is considered complete.
