Flash Map requiring linked countries

We need some urgent help with a small Flash Animation XML map, downloaded from Istock we purchased a regional map for a client project believing that it would be suitable for integration with a CMS system, although the XML was simple to integrate we have since found out that the Flash used has missing region links. We need some urgent help to link the regions within the Flash to the associated XML links seen in an eternal file, this should be a simple task for anyone with technical XML Flash experience. I have attached the source files for your view, it would be most appreciate if you could first look at the code and return with your bid. p.s. we have a growing need for xml Flash experienced developers so will be possible future work.
