The attached photoshop page design should be converted into xhtml and will be tested by us via W3C. Please follow these guidelines: General: 1. Single external CSS file 2. Use any embedded code for development - clicking on any element besides the video should scroll the page down to the registration form. - the registration form must be submitted via POST. All fields must be validated with JS, as following: - email must be email form - First name, last name, city - must contain more then one character each - password must be at least 6 characters - 2 checkboxes must be checked. In any case, all errors will be reported on the form itself and not on pop-up window (see for example error reporting at: [url removed, login to view] ) Checkout The form must be submitted via POST. All fields must be validated with JS, as following: - The radio button on the top of the form should be removed. Leave the area blank. - The upper field will be "Card Holder", two words, minimum one character in each word - Card number: 16 digits - Exp Date - two drop down menus, one with 12 months, and the other with 12 years, starting 2010 - Security code - maximum 4 digits - leave an area for textual errors below the form
1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Employer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Employer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project.
