webcam platform

I need a webcam platform deisgned and integrated into our site [url removed, login to view]

These are the requirements:

Must be able to allow access to anyone, including non-subscribers to the members only area

Must be able to have a number of viewers at once for a members only show that is held every week. Should have voice option for both the model and viewers, with ability for the model to turn these on or off.

I am not clear how this will affect my bandwidth usage, so any info is appreciated. I am lookg for experienced programmers only.
