I’m launching a brand-new YouTube channel that celebrates South Asian travel and culture through lively vlogs, and I want a creative partner to build it with me from day one. Content vision My focus is on entertaining and humorous vlogs that take viewers inside the people, food, music and hidden spots of Pakistan first. Once we find our rhythm, I’m open to stretching the itinerary to India, Sri Lanka or Nepal so the channel can grow across the whole region. How we’ll work • Joint venture model: no upfront fees on either side—everything we create is co-owned, and ad revenue or sponsorship income is shared equally. • Shared responsibilities: brainstorming story ideas, filming on location, appearing on camera when it makes sense, handling edits (Premiere Pro, Final Cut or DaVinci Resolve—whatever you’re fastest in), crafting thumbnails in Photoshop/Canva and managing uploads in YouTube Studio. • Schedule: one polished episode per week to start, plus short-form reels for extra reach. What success looks like A pilot episode that hits our agreed creative brief, smooth collaboration across filming and post-production, and clear next steps for a consistent upload calendar.
