I need a single Zoho Creator app that streamlines both inventory management and our in-house manufacturing flow. The goal is to replace a patchwork of spreadsheets with one source of truth that automatically moves data from purchase order to finished-goods dispatch. For inventory I must see real-time stock tracking and accurate order management. That means item master data, multi-location quantities, automatic reorder triggers, and sales/production reservations that adjust stock the moment a transaction is logged. On the manufacturing side the app has to handle production scheduling and workflow automation. Work orders should generate from confirmed sales, route through each operation, and update completion status as shop-floor users tick steps off. Any delay or early finish needs to ripple through the schedule instantly so the planner’s dashboard is always current. Key deliverables: • Custom data model, forms, and Deluge-driven workflows covering stock tracking, order management, production scheduling, and automated status updates • Role-based dashboards for purchasing, warehouse, production, and management, with drill-down reports and export to Excel/CSV • Test data, user acceptance session, and concise hand-off documentation so my team can maintain the app afterward Everything must be built natively in Zoho Creator, leveraging its REST connectors when external integration is the cleanest option. Once the prototype meets the acceptance criteria above, we will move to phased go-live and incremental enhancements.
