Zoho Creator Ticket & Inventory App & Client Portal Development

I need a single Zoho Creator application that replaces the spreadsheets I currently juggle for complaint tickets and inventory, while also giving each client a simple portal to check the status of their project. Core modules I expect: • Complaint Ticketing – open, assign, track, and resolve issues with automated email/App notifications. • Inventory Management – real-time stock counts, reorder alerts, and basic purchase/issue logs. • Client Status Portal – a secure view where clients can log in, see progress updates, add notes, and receive push/email messages. Acceptance criteria: the app must sit entirely inside my Zoho One environment, run smoothly on both web and mobile, and produce downloadable reports (CSV/PDF) for tickets and inventory. User roles and permissions should be configured so staff manage data while clients only view their own records. Because everything is still handled manually through spreadsheets, migration of existing ticket and inventory data is part of the job.
