We have a series of Quote Reminder email templates sending via Automations in Zoho CRM. What is missing is the actual quote PDF that lives in Zoho CRM and was sent with the initial quote email. I need a simple workflow/function or plug-in that pulls the right record from Zoho, drops the PDF into the existing email template in Zoho, and sends it with our existing automated emails. Key points you should know • The email layout stays exactly as it is; please don’t redesign the template. • The emails are being send through Zoho (and connected to our MS 365 account) • Our email templates are setup and there are existing automations, all we need is the PDF quote to be attached. • I’m open to using Zoho’s API, Zoho Flow, or a third-party bridge if you can keep it maintainable without extra subscriptions.
