CRM Implementation & Automation Specialist Euro Pet Express – Premium Pet Transport (UK & Europe) Position Overview Euro Pet Express is a premium pet transportation company operating throughout the UK and Europe. We are seeking an experienced CRM Implementation & Automation Specialist to design, build, and fully automate our new CRM system from the ground up. This is not simply a CRM data-entry project. We require a complete business workflow solution that manages customer enquiries, bookings, route planning, compliance documentation, driver task management, pet welfare monitoring, customer communications, and financial tracking. The successful candidate will have extensive experience with CRM implementation, workflow automation, business process mapping, and third-party integrations. ⸻ Project Objective To build a fully automated CRM system that enables Euro Pet Express to operate like a professional logistics company while maintaining the highest standards of pet welfare and customer communication. The CRM will become the central operating platform for the business and should automate as many manual processes as possible. ⸻ Preferred Platform Primary preference: * Zoho CRM Experience with the following is highly desirable: * Zoho Flow * Zoho Creator * Zoho Forms * Zoho Books * WhatsApp Business * Google Maps ⸻ Scope of Work Customer Management Create customer workflows including: * New enquiries * Quotes * Deposits * Confirmed bookings * Repeat customers * Customer communication history * Customer document storage ⸻ Pet Management Create dedicated pet profiles including: * Breed * Age * Weight * Microchip details * Vaccination records * Passport information * Animal Health Certificates * Special care requirements * Feeding requirements * Medication requirements ⸻ Route Planning & Logistics Develop route management functionality including: * Multi-country journeys * Pickup and delivery scheduling * Route profitability * Vehicle allocation * Driver allocation * Crate allocation * Capacity management Current vehicle configuration: * 18-crate pet transport vehicle The CRM must track which pet occupies which crate position throughout the journey. ⸻ Driver Workflow Automation This is a critical requirement. The CRM must automatically generate scheduled welfare tasks for drivers throughout journeys. Examples include: Feeding Schedule Automatically notify drivers when a dog requires feeding. Tasks should include: * Dog name * Feeding instructions * Time due * Confirmation completed ⸻ Welfare Break Schedule Automatically notify drivers when welfare stops are required. Tasks should include: * Stop vehicle * Exercise dogs * Toilet break * Refresh water * Welfare inspection * Record completion The system should maintain a full audit trail showing: * Time task issued * Time completed * Driver responsible * Notes/photos if required ⸻ Medication Reminders Where applicable: * Medication due * Dosage * Completion confirmation ⸻ Automated Customer Communications Implement automated customer updates via: * WhatsApp * Email * SMS (optional) Examples: Booking Confirmed “Your pet’s transport booking has been confirmed.” Collection Completed “Your pet has been safely collected.” Journey Updates Automatic updates at key journey stages.
