CRM Maintenance & Client Communication VA

Short-Term CRM & Letter Prep VA | 1-Week Paid Trial (20 Hours) Scope of Work You will work inside Bigin CRM by Zoho to upload, clean and standardize contact records and generate print-ready client letters from templates. This is a detail-critical role: accuracy, consistency, and responsiveness are non-negotiable. Your tasks will include: • Cleaning and normalizing Bigin CRM records (names, phones, emails, physical addresses, status, category) • Preparing 3 print-ready letters per day • Using provided Word templates • Logging changes and updates in a shared Sheet • Following strict formatting and QA rules Required Skills (DO NOT APPLY unless you meet all) MANDATORY: • Experience with Zoho / Bigin CRM (must show screenshots or proof) • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills • Ability to prepare professional letters from templates • Must communicate clearly in English • Must respond to messages within 12 hours • Must follow written instructions precisely *Applicants who cannot demonstrate Bigin/Zoho experience will be declined automatically. Daily Change Log •Before/after values • Issues found • Time tracking 4. Daily Check-In • 10-minute morning check-in • End-of-day summary (3–6 bullets) Hours & Time Zone Requirement • 20 hours during the first week • 2–3 hours overlap with CST (Central Standard Time) Trial → Ongoing Work • This is a paid 1-week trial (20 hrs). • If KPIs are met (accuracy, speed, reliability), weekly renewals continue. • Potential raise after a minimum of 8 weeks of consistent performance.
