MUST be a ZOHO CRM expert
I am a small expanding business that runs training and consultancy work.
I have just added Zoho to my Gsuite system upgrade, as well as Quickbooks- all of my contacts everything has not been managed in 6 years of business - so needs a central effective system which is why I now have the Zoho CRM free package.
I don't know how to use Zoho and need all of the clients and relevant information set up in Zoho.
With a new business name etc about to launch Zoho needs to be used to do a mass email advising all clients of teh change of business name, website and contact emails.
I would then possibly like ongoing support.
