Female IT Client Liaison

I need a confident female professional who can represent me on a series of calls with one of our technology clients. The conversations are strictly business-related and focus on our IT services — pricing, onboarding process, service-level expectations and next-step scheduling. You will join the client on Zoom or Google Meet, keep the dialogue clear and friendly, take concise notes and send me a same-day recap so I can prepare any follow-up material. Strong, neutral-sounding English is essential; technical jargon is minimal, but you should feel comfortable discussing managed services, cloud support and routine ticket workflows without hesitation. Please let me know your general availability over the next two weeks and share a short voice sample or link to previous meeting recordings so I can confirm clarity and tone before we schedule the first call.
