I run a fully-remote operation and want our upcoming online workshops on Zoom handled end-to-end by someone who already knows the platform inside out. Your core focus will be setting up each workshop, guiding participants smoothly through the session, and making sure recordings, attendance reports, and follow-up materials reach everyone on time. That means configuring registration pages, launching the meeting, moderating chat and breakout rooms live, and stepping in quickly if a participant has audio or screen-share issues. After the workshop you’ll trim the cloud recording, export the attendance CSV, and email a concise recap with any shared files or links. Success for me looks like: every attendee connects without friction, facilitators can concentrate on content rather than tech, and I receive a neatly organised folder containing the recording, chat transcript, and attendance sheet within 24 hours of each session.
