“This time waster AhmedMamdouh17 changed the terms of the agreement twice. He did it once before I selected him but I reluctantly agreed, then he did it a second time AFTER I selected him. He bid $10 but then wanted $5 extra saying he wanted me to pay his Freelancer fees. Then after awarding him the job he wanted all the money in milestone but failed to mention it BEFORE I awarded him the job. Wanda F from the Live Chat was not much help and only quoted: "project fees are not refundable". When I highlighted that the refund was essential because the Freelancer changed the terms of working for me AFTER he was awarded and selected, Wanda F from the Live Chat said (yes you guessed it) "project fees are not refundable". I left feedback on the Freelancer chat form so the employees of Wanda F from the Live Chat know what happened and I opened a dispute at PayPal which was awarded in my favour. Finally, because of the way Wanda F from the Live Chat showed a complete lack of concern towards me I have cancelled my Freelancer subscription at PayPal. I have just cancelled my PayPal subscription at Freelancer as sign of discontent at the way Wanda F was unprofessional and discourteous to me. Absolutely horrendous dealing with AhmedMamdouh17 and Wanda F. Shame on Freelancer for treating a client that spent thousands of $ in fees to be treated like this.”
