I accepted a part time position with Sprint Recruitment, an upstart regional recruitment office in Newcastle upon Tyne, with the task of recruiting candidates with sales experience to work in various sales environments including telesales and charity fundraising. As my time with the company increased, I was also responsible for negotiating contracts with new employers to increase recruitment needs and revenue.
