I previously worked as a customer support online using zendesk (CRM), Gmail, and freshdesk. My tasks were checking emails, checking tickets and solving/ helping customers problems, cancel/ refund, checking customers status on clickbank.
Having been working in this industry for 3 years already, I have built up a very enviable skills and knowledge which I think most other candidates would find hard to beat. I’m ambitious, fast learner, can solve problems on my own, highly driven and I relish a challenge.
