I have been a property manager as well as an executive assistant/bookkeeper for more than a year now. Regarding Property Management, I focus on, making sure that rent is being paid on time, I make sure all the documents for every property that I handle are up to date (that includes insurances, utilities, mortgages, etc.) I help our tenants if there are any problems and establish rules/policies. Aside from that, I am also Bookkeeper for a construction company, I handle dispatch, Accounts Payables and Receivables, Employee Payroll and Data Entry. I am also one of their marketing consultants. Lastly, I am the Executive Assistant of both owners of the company. I have a history regarding Computer Networking (training and education) and Software Engineering (studied in the Philippines). Currently, I am working on getting my Bachelor's degree, majoring in Accounting.
