Mr Livens is experienced and knowledgeable and very professional. He communicates well and is also very responsive. and He delivered the project and answered all my questions patiently. I will hire him anytime again for my future needs. My project needed redesign of a wall which is both load bearing and shear wall and Mr Livens delivered . Although I am yet to submit my application for permits, I am confident I will get the approval.

AFTER 6 MONTH I WAS PROMOTED TO DESIGN TEMPLE, RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS. LATER ON I WAS SPECIALIZE IN RESIDENTIAL BUILDING AND HIGH RISE BUILDING . I GAINED EXPERIENCE BY DESIGNING WATER TANKS, SILOS TANKS, RETAINING WALL. I DEALT WITH MY FIRST SOIL IMPROVEMENT FOUNDATION. I ALSO DID SOME ESTIMATION THERE.
