One of the biggest time wasters I have seen till now. Never read message carefully and always come up with excuse and useless talk of his life issue. Send useless work as well that you have not asked. Wish to work according to his own wish. It does not matter what instructions you provide, it is his decision always of how he wants to work. He thinks he knows all and all others are nothing. So let me ask you, do you need someone like this? Or you need some one with responsibility? If yes, then do not even go near him or you will get your business destroyed.
