As a personal Assistant and admin Assistant, my work experience spans over 17 years. My duties included diary management, travel, and meeting arrangements and coordination, event and project coordination, Data entry onto the website, and maintaining a database.
My admin and coordination skills are very strong, with an eye for detail, structure, and efficient processes.
I am proficient in all windows software applications, including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Zoom applications and meetings, Skype, and Skype functions, for business.
I have also been working for a voluntary online moderator community for 5 the past years, this entailed working with people from different cultures, from all across the globe. My functions include training managing teams of moderators, creating scripts, implementing processes, and overseeing the correct implementation of these processes, and all of this is done all via an online platform. I have also been a copy typist, and have I've worked as a copywriter, proofreader, and editor of training manuals. I have also assisted in co-writing teaching manuals, written short stories, and I've done some ghostwriting.
I am detailed orientated, have a strong work ethic and I`m very task-driven.
I work well under pressure, am self-driven, and I manage my time well, and I am a very quick learner.
My projects are always completed efficiently and accurately, and I never miss a deadline. I am flexible and adaptable to any situation, and I am constantly learning, developing, and sharpening my skills. A very prominent teacher once told me that one only stops developing and growing when you're dead, and I have taken that and applied it to my life and skills.
