I have completed many courses on legal research as well as various accounting and business courses.
I have ears and years of experience working in the customer service industry, both in brick and mortar retail locations, as well as for online company's, maintaining customer interactions through Email, phone and fax. I was then able to smoothly transition into customer support roles by performing cash handling, customer retention, marketing, etc.
I taught "Introduction to Accounting and Computerized Bookkeeping" for two years among multiple levels of various other programs including: Simply Accounting, QuickBooks, Microsft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word. I then branched into the industry full time and worked full-time as an Administrative Assistant.
