ASIC Interface for Single-Axis MEMS Vibratory Gyroscope

This work is about designing a complete mixed-signal ASIC interface solution to MEMS vibratory gyroscope sensor for consumer applications. The circuit is made up of three main blocks; Novel Drive Loop, Sense Channel, and Digital Manipulator. The design flow starts from system definition and design to circuit design and layout. The whole system is implemented using 0:13m CMOS TSMC Technology. The final achievred performance is a programmable (250=125=32) degree per second (dps) measurement range wit
