Purchase Officer & Stock Controller at Lavish Living Co. Ltd., PART TIME JOB: Stocks Controller Create internal purchase orders. Insert goods received and send for warehouse Manager final confirmation. Inform the concern division for the shortages. Seek prices from Division Managers for new arrivals and compare them with system suggested prices as per company policy and insert in system upon approval by management. Prepare inventory analysis like stock aging and dormant by supplier. Create different type of promotion deals in the system as required by the Division Managers to facilitate the invoicing. Sound knowledge of pricing structure. Implement price change and update prices. Create and update item references. Keep track of all transaction such as goods received, pricing and item adjustments.
