fresh data approached us to help them improve the process of managing their daily jobs in a specific location. They explained that their overall problems included improper tracking of data, no goal setting, no performance tracking, and difficulty getting field agents to track data correctly using available tools. These problems lead to reduced ROI, loss of data from the beginning of the month to the end of month, and poor EBITDA performance. We employeed several tools to solve these issues including the following: 1. Building data tracking into the company SharePoint 2. Building an App to allow ease of data tracking from field agents 3. Building a data connection from SharePoint to Excel for dashboards that did not require any upkeep. 4. Building a Job Board that allowed managers to display current job status based on SharePoint data to the entire team in the office.
