Did cold calls, info verification and updating of records in Ms. Excel for an Australian Shoe Wholesaler for more than 3 weeks. Job is partime/on call.
To have a job that would best apply my customer service, administrative, marketing and real estate skills. I always keep in mind that people I talk to perceive me as the company I represent so I make sure that I always give the businesslike and personalized service. Call handling and punctuality is what I best do. I am adaptable and can easily learn and apply new tasks assigned. I practice American standard accent as much as possible. I am very much proficient with computer, especially with MS Outlook, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Publisher.
