I have 5 years of experience in the fields of Accounting, Finance, Internal and External Auditing, Management Consultancy including 4 years post qualification experience as a qualified ACCA. During my experience in managerial capacity i got diversified audit exposure of auditing more than 150 organizations in various sectors. Including Listed Companies, Public unlisted Companies, Private Limited Companies, Partnerships, Trusts, Societies, Bodies formed under Special Act and Sole Proprietorship from Private and Public sectors. I have vast experience on various consultancy assignments e.g. business valuation to calculate per share price for takeover, due diligence, system audits, designing of accounting & reporting system, analysis of internal controls & accounting system, development of accounting manuals, collection and analysis of information for management. I have produced numerous reports on Feasibility Studies, Due Diligence Reviews, Credit Appraisals, Internal Control Reviews, Accounting System Reviews, Internal Audits, System Audits, Statutory Audits and Special Engagements I have also gained experience of working with Board of Directors, Securities & Exchange Commission, Stock Exchanges, Lawyers, Banks, Credit Rating Agency and Clients etc.
