Concept&design for a residential complex
Project: "Rovere Exclusive Concept" - is a luxury residential complex designed to fulfill the client's wish for a high standard living facility. The project comes with an innovating and daring exterior architecture, well balanced with the comfortable and unique conceived interior spaces. The complex, located in the North of Bucharest, consists of two (4 stories) apartment buildings which include 48 condominium units, offering 24 different types of apartments (2 to 4 rooms and penthouse units). In addition to that, the complex houses a generous underground parking facility, carefully designed private green areas and a swimming pool.
