I'm a 38 years old Brazilian software engineer with 16 years experience in software development, since 1994. Most of this time I've worked with Delphi and SQL since Delphi 1. I've very comprehensive knowledge of object orientation of VCL and Windows API. I've excellent practical & theoretical knowledge about software development. Including Statistics, Artificial Inteligence, Neural Networks, Genetic algorithms & otimization. I've good experience windows network administration too (Windows Servers, SQL Server, Exchange & Virtualization) I've worked as a developer and system administrator for the last 7 years for an industrial company. Currently I'm learning Ruby & Ruby on Rails. I'm not so good English speaker, but I'm still learning (as everything)
