Im a custumer service representatives. My experience is more on emails chat support inbound customer service, financial and billing support. Im currenty have a pull time job as a financial accpunt running for 3 years in one of big corporate card company in the world. Im handling fraud analysis. More on email chat to the client. I can work 2 to 6 hours a day. Customer service representatives interact with customers to handle complaints, process orders, and provide information about an organization’s products and services. Include good communication, problem-solving, and computer skills. Handling e-mail support financial and fraud analysis. As a Customer service representative positions. The moment one begins to communicate with a customer, one is being judged. The way one communicates with a customer will not only influence how the conversation develops, but the overall impression of the CSR and the organization they represent.
