I am a Mexican developer with more than 10 years of experience. I am a divorced, stay at home dad that takes care of his kids every half of the week. For all those years, I have always worked from home. Through the years, I have learned how to have a healthy balance between work and family, which means I know how to manage and prioritize tasks to get work done on time. I am a passionate developer, which means your problems are my problems, and together we will find a solution in a timely manner. Skills * Goal oriented. Able to manage resources, whereas it is time or man power, to reach a goal in a timely manner. * Team worker. I easily assimilate the rules that dictate the dynamics of an existing group. I enjoy sharing knowledge and I am open to hear other dev’s suggestions and ideas. And, when the time comes, I am also able to take full responsibility for the results, and set tasks and goals for a full team, to keep the project going. * Dependable. I understand the sense of urgency when problems arise, or when tasks need to be done. I will work, or supervise work, to deliver results even for tight deadlines. I will also get involved in decision making to avoid future tight deadlines. * Quick thinker. Able to handle production emergencies to deescalate urgency, avoid data loss/data leaking, and coordinate in an effective way with other teams to solve the problems as soon as possible. * Quick learner. Most of the time, the introduction of new tools or new technologies represent enjoyment rather than a blocker for me. * Passionate for challenges. I enjoy solving problems or tasks with a high degree of complexity. * Duct tape developer. Even when I understand how to follow code standards and work protocols, I also know how to act quickly in order to solve immediate crises.
Wow - very very good. One to keep on hand for future work.
