I got in contact with a large numbers of private and major business aviation AOC operators from Switzerland, Europe, Middle East and Russia. I coordinated modifications ordered by the operators in relation with Part 21 organisations. Modification were related to cabin interior customisation/ reconfiguration, cabin layout arrangement, carpet and interior materials replacement and structural (veneer), including STCs. I developed structural repairs following SRM standards and implementing the repairs obtained from the OEM’s. I defined the specifications of the new modifications in accordance with our customer requirements and in collaboration with the Part 21 organisation and material vendors, to make sure they fulfil the airworthiness standards in accordance with EASA Part 21, Part M requirements, OTAR (Cayman and Bermuda CAA) and ANTR (Bahrain CAA) equivalents. I am designing and manufacturing parts for automotive and aviation industry using Autodesk Inventor HSM and a Haas VF1 machine
