Recruitment Specialist As a recruitment specialist, I was responsible for the end to end recruitment cycle at Nestle Pakistan. Key responsibilities included: Recruitment -Developed tactical recruitment plans to ensure availability of an active talent pool for all annual staffing needs. -Sourced and recruit the right talent for commercial (marketing & sales), technical (engineering & IT) , and corporate (HR & administration) roles. -Liaised with Compensation & Benefits team to ensure that reward packages are crafted to develop and retain key talents necessary for business performance.  -Facilitated in the capability development of line managers by training them on Competency based Recruitment (CBR) methodology and other recruitment processes. Talent Pipeline Management -Proactively sourced talent pipeline for our future talent needs through our specialized graduate (engineering, Management & sales) trainee programs  -Shortlisting and conducting behavioral interviews following CBR methodology and ensuring minimum competency requirements are fulfilled by candidates. Designing and conducting assessment centers in coordination with our external consultant.  -Devised a strong development plan for Graduate Trainees based on the competencies required for their potential future roles. I also ran their performance evaluation cycle for the duration of the graduate trainee program.  -Ensured final placements as well as sketched out career paths for graduate trainees based on succession plans in conjunction with the business and the HRBP’s.  Employer Branding -Liaised with target universities, and attend Graduate Fairs / Universities to source future talent. -Developed communication and activation plans for various touch points to ensure consistent knowledge of the Nestle Employer Value Proposition. These include both internal and external brand engagement activities.  -Developed a digital recruiting strategy with the aim of increasing engagement with potential talent. Other Key Projects/Initiatives: -Developed a comprehensive employee on-boarding program for all newly hired management staff.  -Super user and trainer for Taleo, which is our e-recruitment tool.  -Successfully recruited & inducted 2 batches (2011 &2012) of graduate trainees. 

The Nestle Pakistan Management Trainee program is a one year cross- functional training program (In my case the delay was caused by a 5 month maternity leave). Key projects included: -Supply Chain: Studied the event management process and identified key optimization areas in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
