Objective I am looking to find a base career, on which I could build up my experience. My work ethic, time management, and responsibility have all been tested and ensured at University High School, the 21st best public High School in the nation. It has prepared me for the workforce and college readiness. Education University High School, Tucson, AZ Fall 2009 - Present University High School is a public college preparation school. It is the only one of its kind in Tucson, AZ and ranks 21st in the nation. Students are required to take an exam in order to get in. With only 200 spots in the freshman class, only the most excelling make it in. Additional Information Activities & Interests • I am a member of University High School's Key Club, which requires students to commit to 2 volunteer projects a quarter (9 weeks). • I am also a member of SADD (Students Against Destructive Decisions) which hosts the annual Rincon/University High School Battle of the Bands. • I have and continue to take part in community and youth orchestras that exhibit my playing of the Viola and Violin. These orchestras include Tucson Junior Strings, Foothills Philharmonic, and school orchestras. • I continue to play Viola, Violin, and Piano. I have also previously played electric guitar. • A have done volunteer projects at my local church that include providing the homeless with a meal during the winter months. • I have completed several volunteer projects with my father’s employer, Southwest Gas. Other Information • I am entering my 3rd year of Spanish • I have taken and continue to take many AP (Advanced Placement) courses at my High School, which translates to college credit.
