Throughout my career I have assembled multiple teams for different purposes, launched dozens of Websites, Content Portals, CMS Systems, E-Commerces, E-Learning solutions, Products, Mobile Apps.... I have plenty of experience with both Leadership and Engineering roles, including doing both at the same time -- which I've done multiple times, focusing on leading-by-example and mentoring my teams.
