Reincarnatory Design: The plate is designed with fault lines along its base, not visible from the surface. When an accident occurs and the plate is smashed it breaks in a preordaned way, smashing into small slices of plate. depending on the scenarion, breaking plates can be quite akward, this piece of tableware could cure a stale situtation. And possibly avoid the trash. This process of design allows the object to transform in the act of breaking and propose an alternative use at the point of destruction, providing the user with a scenario of enlightenment. Therbye an act of reincarnation.
