Porthcurno Telegraph Museum
por bam1878

The concept of the design was to remove the idea of a museum as a place with an austere environment and to turn the prospect of going to the museum exciting and playful to reflect many of their hands on exhibits. By replacing the columns with telegraph poles, the inclusion of a speech bubble and replacing the first step with a Morse code message, ("PTM") the design is playful and clear. A clear and concise design was vital as the audience is mainly school pupils or families on holiday.
