In 2009, BohraDevelopers.com, had appointed me as a BDM to leverage Elance (Currently Upwork) and increase the company's sales. The primary responsibility was to achieve a monthly sales target of $2000 through Elance. My role involved was identifying potential clients, pitching the company's services, and negotiating contracts. It was instrumental in driving the growth of BohraDevelopers.com and achieving the company's sales targets through the effective utilization of Elance.

In 2008, the role I had assigned is of a Team Lead in a Web Design Department was critical to the success of the department's projects. I was responsible for overseeing the design and development of websites and ensuring that the team members were working efficiently to meet project goals and timelines. To manage the team effectively, I had access to various tools for team management, time management, collaboration, CRM, and project management. I had lead the team of 7 to 8 persons.

In 2007, I was promoted as a Senior Web Designer which was more complex and involved than ever before. I have played a key role in this process by creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites that stood out from the competition. Working with a team of developers, marketers, and project managers, I were responsible for overseeing the entire design process, from conceptualisation to implementation.

In July 2005, the responsibility was primarily focused on creating visually appealing and functional user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for websites. I were responsible for designing the layout, typography, color schemes, and overall visual style of websites. I worked closely with developers to ensure that their designs were implemented correctly and functioned properly. Tools which I used was Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, and Macromedia Dreamweaver for website development.
