Web Design If you want a Website .PSD Template I can organize a flat price depending on the complexity and approx time required to complete the design. If the time goes under by more then an hour of what I based my approximation on I will give a discount. The discount varies depending on the Template design and cost. If I go over the approximated time it will still remain the initial quote. Website Development I Will do website development at a flat rate of $22USD/hr though a set price can be discussed before hand. I know HTML, CSS, JQuery and PHP though I much prefer to keep websites to HTML, CSS and jQuery.
