Electronic Form Circulation System (eFCS) will cover up the circulation of all types of forms such as request forms, applications, memos, letters, documents etc. The proposed system is a web-based system working on workflow scenario. The stations involved in the progress of form will be included in the mailing list of that specific type of the form. The end-user / administrator could access the system after authentication. The request initiating user could login, can initiate form request, can view activity progress status, can view activity history management, can view his/her user profile, can view station user comments and will receive request completion notification.
