Project Description: Perfomance Management Intranet Application. This development was oriented to improve an existing tool and to support new features (GUI totally re-vamped to a RIA, etc). It also includes self and management evaluations, comments, visual feedbacks, etc. We've introduced concepts inspired on social networks, elements from common gamification strategies, etc. Technologies involved: Backend: exposing logic as SOAP Webservices (.NET - C#) + MSSQL.
