Laurie spent almost three years working at SeaFrance on digital marketing projects including website development of the main SeaFrance site, the mobile device website and an array of smaller microsites that formed part of the SeaFrance's online properties. During his time with the company he spearheaded the rollout of a search engine optimisation strategy in a very competitive market place and constantly sought insight through analytics to provide the marketing team with relevant information on a changing market. Results delivered through search engine optimisation allowed SeaFrance to be less reliant on paid search traffic and access new niches of customers.
