I have been publishing articles for over 20 years, and have a diverse and solid portfolio of articles, ranging from health and fitness pieces for Redbook magazine and American Health, to small business profiles and continuing education articles for the Manhattan Media Group in New York. I have a background in association communications, having served as the Director of Communications and Public Relations for a national healthcare organization for 15 years, and along with that position, managing editor of the membership magazine. I was born and raised in New York City, but have also lived in Boulder, CO, Oberlin, Ohio, and London, England. I currently live in the San Francisco Bay Area. I am also a published poet and short story writer, and have won awards in both these genres.
