Where my main task includes, •Dealing with customers from acknowledging purchase orders until shipment confirmation. Mostly conversation is through emails. •Data collection and checking of resources from customer orders (Product name, quantity, ETD and ETA of finished goods products), available materials, number of manpower and machines to be use. •Making production schedule and targeting shipment dates given by customers. •Monitoring of materials inventory mostly in Excel file. •Shipment scheduling based on customer request. •Researching for the new model price ranges. •Creating objectives and target reports in graphical representation. I am data oriented, very kin to details, responsible and can do multi task. I can work part time or even full time.
