I answer phones and customer who come into the office on a daily basis. I'm great at working with others and following directions but work just as well on my own. I have phone skills, able to assist customers and follow through until their problem is corrected. I have knowledge in Word, Excel, accounting programs, and able to learn new programs in a reasonable time frame. I am currently learning Photoshop and learning Spanish in order to improve my job skills.
