Hard Goodbyes
This picture was first drawn and sketched on paper then transferred to photoshop. On photoshop, I completed the picture by creating fine, defined, and detailed lines on the girl and the boy. The drawing has 20 layers of color and shading, with each body part divided to maximize the neatness of the final product. The details of the rail as well as the patterns on the girl\'s shirt is particularly notable. Although the girl wishes to jump off the train and stay for her love, she knows that it is best for the both of them to \"move on,\" just as the train speeds away from her past into a completely different world. The drawing reflects a time of my life when I had to let go of a new found romance and leave for college.\n
