My primary role is to assure that the Maersk Shipment app is aligned to the industry QA standards. I am handling the below responsibilities as a part my primary role : - Review and analyze the project requirements - Design the required testing strategy - Create the test plan, write test cases, estimate test efforts, test execution, run defect triage, publish QA reports - Evaluating tools like XRay, Zephyr and HPQC for digital integration. - Stakeholder management and team management

Key highlights from the undertaken role : - create an environment oriented to trust and open communication - coach and help team members; help resolve dysfunctional behavior - facilitate problem solving and collaboration - assure that the team members have the necessary education and training to effectively participate on the team - recognize and celebrate team and team member accomplishments and exceptional performance - work as a module lead developer and complete assigned tasks

- Interact with client to understand the requirements and discuss the implementation approach. - Agree upon High Level Design and document the same. - Low Level Design: Document the impact analysis and component design and get sign off on the same. - Implementation: Develop the module as per the agreed approach. - Unit testing and bug fixing: Testing the application using the test plans for correctness. - System Integration testing: Test the entire application and check for inconsistencies.
