Delhi Police Senior Citizen
This application launched by the Delhi Police mainly focuses on those persons residing in Delhi who come under the Senior Citizen criteria. After successful registration, users of the application can raise SOS alert which will share his location with the 1291 helpline number of the Delhi Police control room. Based on the SOS alert, Beat Staff will immediately reach on the shared location. This application helps the Senior Citizens and the Police in many ways. Senior Citizens are benefitted since they can know their Beat Officer, raise SOS alerts, send SOS alerts to the Delhi Police control room and send SMS alerts to pre-assigned contact. On the other hand, Police can have an idea of the number of the users who are residing in Delhi and the number of Senior Citizens among them, assign a beat officer to different users, update visits of the beat officer, monitor visits history of Beat Staff and receive SMS alerts.
