Unicorn Technical Services a continuation of an original company (Creative Design Services) placed in hiatus for approximately 3 years (2001-2004) while Mr. Leon served as the Chief Engineer of Felton International. UTS and CDS were established to provide concurrent engineering and manufacturing engineering services to industry in a timely cost-effective manner by applying advanced mechanical /manufacturing engineering and project management techniques. Projects undertaken include medical, aerospace (NASA), industrial, governmental (DOD and DOE) and consumer products. Products developed run the gamut from a large scale assembly line for turbine controllers, to manned space hardware, to medical devices (FDA Class I and II, and veterinary). The components designed have ranged in size from thousands of pounds down to milligrams.
